Our firm’s founders, strategists, and consultants average over 10 years of experience. Moreover, many of our team have become shareholders in our firm. That means we are fully vested in working towards our clients’ long-term success.
OUR TEAM

Joe Lawrence
DIRECTOR, CORPORATE RETIREMENT SERVICES
Joe oversees ARIA’s Corporate Retirement Services program supporting plan sponsors with plan design, fiduciary compliance and administrative plan services. He holds designations as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), a Certified Plan Fiduciary Adviser (CPFA) and a Certified 401(k) Professional (C(k)P). Joe is also the founder and owner of ARIA Investment Management, LLC., an advisory firm in North Alabama.

Elizabeth Luna, AIF®
DIRECTOR, WEALTH MANAGEMENT
Elizabeth Luna is our director of wealth management who oversees the financial planning department and focuses on strategy implementation, account logistics and management. A lifelong Bay Area native, Elizabeth is a graduate of Santa Clara University and resides in the Rosegarden area with her husband and three children. She is the current treasurer and board member of Grail Family Services, a San Jose nonprofit serving families, schools, and communities to promote children’s success and well-being.

Lawrence Pizzella
DIRECTOR, INVESTMENTS
Lawrence is responsible for managing the investment portfolios and making investment strategy decisions for the ARIA group.
Mr. Pizzella has been in the financial industry for over 10 years with experience with investment management and client relations. He holds series a 65 securities license, an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business and a B.S. in Corporate Financial Management from San Jose State’s Lucas College of Business.

Gayle Phillips
CLIENT MANAGER, CORPORATE RETIREMENT SERVICES
Gayle Phillips maintains the operations, administration and client relations for ARIA’s Corporate Retirement Services program. She has been supporting wealth management and retirement plans for over 4 years.Gayle Phillips has been the Office Manager for over 3 years. Her primary responsibilities include management of operations, client support. She brings her experience as project manager and operations controller gained during 5 of her 10 years in biopharmaceutical research.

Lucy Medina
CLIENT ASSOCIATE, WEALTH MANAGEMENT
Lucy oversees the client service and administrative support for high-net worth clients.
Lucy has a BS from San Jose State and lives in San Jose with her husband and two children.
